  • Salad
  • 2 pounds potatoes, sliced thin,
  • 1 cup white onions, diced fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix lemon juice, sugar and mayonnaise, then add onions.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, boil 4 large potatoes skins on, until soft but firm; drain.

  • Step 3: Take skin off potatoes.

  • Step 4: Cut potatoes thinly.

  • Step 5: Pour the dressing mixture over the potatoes.

  • Step 6: Salt to taste.

  • Step 7: Chill.
