  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or processed through a garlic press (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Place the peppers and onion in a bowl and toss with the oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Step 4: Toss with the garlic (if using), allow to sit for a couple of minutes, and serve.
