Step 1: In a bowl, combine the soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.
Step 2: Blend well and set aside.
Step 3: In another bowl, lightly beat the egg.
Step 4: Add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of the soup mixture.
Step 5: Add beef and mix well.
Step 6: Shape into six patties.
Step 7: In a large skillet, brown the patties in oil .
Step 8: Combine remaining soup mixture with water and mushrooms.
Step 9: Pour over patties, cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until meat is done.
Step 10: Remove patties to a serving platter and spoon sauce over meat.
