  • 1 pound braunschweiger sausage
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • Frosting
  • 5 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/16 teaspoon tabasco sauce (3 drops)
  • 3 tablespoons green olives, minced
  • 3 tablespoons black olives, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients except frosting ingredients together and shape into a ball.

  • Step 2: Mix the 5 ounces of cream cheese, Worcestershire and Tabasco together, and "frost" the ball.

  • Step 3: Roll in olives.

  • Step 4: Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

  • Step 5: Great with crackers.
