Step 1: Brown ground beef, then add garlic, salt and spaghetti sauce.
Step 2: Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Meanwhile, cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
Step 4: While they both simmer, mix together with electric mixer the cream cheese, sour cream and onions.
Step 5: Put the mixture in a plastic bag and clip the corner off so you can evenly squirt the mixture around.
Step 6: In a greased Pam sprayed 9X13 inch pan layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cream cheese mixture, 1/2 mozzarella cheese.
Step 7: Cover with 1/3 more sauce, remaining noodles, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and sauce.
Step 8: Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes.
Step 9: Remove from oven, cover and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
