Step 1: Mix tapioca pudding and Jell-O with the water and boil rapidly for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring continuously.
Step 2: Chill until thickened.
Step 3: Fold in whipped topping & strawberries.
Step 4: Pour into a 9x13 dish and refrigerate until firm.
Step 5: Cut into squares to serve, if desired can put cut salad on a small lettuce lined plate.
