  • 8 ounces vanilla tapioca pudding mix (2 boxes)
  • 6 ounces strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert (1 box)
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, frozen, thawed (1 container)
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix tapioca pudding and Jell-O with the water and boil rapidly for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring continuously.

  • Step 2: Chill until thickened.

  • Step 3: Fold in whipped topping & strawberries.

  • Step 4: Pour into a 9x13 dish and refrigerate until firm.

  • Step 5: Cut into squares to serve, if desired can put cut salad on a small lettuce lined plate.
