How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350° degrees.

  • Step 2: In medium bowl, whisk cayenne, brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika., garlic powder, hot sauce and 8 tablespoons melted butter.

  • Step 3: Keeping all 12 buns attached, slice horizontally to separate tops and bottom. Brush bottom and side of 9X13-inch baking dish with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Place bottom buns in dish cut side up, then spread with 1/4 cup mayonnaise.

  • Step 4: Toss chicken tenders in sauce mixture until coated. Place one tender on each bun, trimming tender to fit, if necessary. Place 1 pickle overtop each tender.

  • Step 5: Spread remaining 1/4 cup mayonnaise on cut side of top buns, then place cut-side down overtop tenders. Brush buns with remaining 2 tablespoon melted butter.

  • Step 6: Cover dish with foil and bake 18-20 minutes or until hot and just toasted. Remove foil and let cool slightly. Serve hot, refrigerating any leftovers.
