Step 1: Combine the rice, apple juice, salt, butter and raisins in a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Cover and cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
Step 3: Add the dried apple mixture and cook 10 minutes longer.
Step 4: Take off heat.
Step 5: Let rest covered for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Top with nuts and serve plain or with cream or whipped topping.
Step 7: Add more honey if needed.
