The ingredients are:
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles (divided)
  • 6 ounces tuna (1 can)
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • 6 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup cashews, toasted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine soup and 1/4 cup water.

  • Step 2: Add 1 cup of the chow mein noodles, dash pepper; and remaining ingredients.

  • Step 3: Toss lightly.

  • Step 4: Turn into 10x6x11 1/2 Pam sprayed baking dish.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle remaining noodles on top.

  • Step 6: Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
