  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Chicken Salad:
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken, cooked, shredded, see below for options (about 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced (about 1/4 of a large onion)
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced (about 2 stalks)
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, dried, or cherries

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
