Step 1: Put pork chops and water in rice cooker and put the lid on.
Step 2: Cook until pork chops are tender; for me about an hour.
Step 3: Take out and add dried potatoes.
Step 4: Put pork chops on top and put the lid back on.
Step 5: Cook until dried potatoes are rehydrated.
Step 6: Take out chops again, and mix the cheese sauce with the milk.
Step 7: Put chops back in and put the lid on and cook until cheese sauce is thickened.
