  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • Sauce
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (Hellman's)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 ounces tuna, undrained (1 can)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente (they like a mushier pasta cook longer if you do too.

  • Step 2: Drain.

  • Step 3: Add vinegar and veggies and mix.

  • Step 5: When cool, mix sauce ingredients together and add to pasta.

  • Step 6: Season to taste.

  • Step 7: Mix and chill overnight, covered.
