  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Clean potatoes.
