  • 8 ounces chicken breast, boneless skinless, chopped finely
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped,
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 6 cups water
  • 8 ounces vermicelli, dry (1 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mint

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season chicken lightly.

  • Step 2: Melt the butter in a saucepan and add oil.

  • Step 3: Add the chicken and sauté until it changes color.

  • Step 6: Add the small chopped tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes.

  • Step 10: Stir and remove.
