Step 1: Season chicken lightly.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a saucepan and add oil.
Step 3: Add the chicken and sauté until it changes color.
Step 4: Add the peppers and sauté until soft.
Step 5: Add the tomato paste and sauté a minute.
Step 6: Add the small chopped tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes.
Step 7: Add the water and vermicelli and stir well.
Step 8: Cook until the vermicelli are soft by stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.
Step 9: Add seasoning to taste and dried mint.
Step 10: Stir and remove.
