Step 1: Boil potatoes until very soft.
Step 2: Save 1/4 cup water from the top; drain off water.
Step 3: Rinse potatoes.
Step 4: Add butter and seasonings, and mash until butter melts.
Step 5: Whip in remaining ingredients.
Step 6: Adding a little potato water if needed.
Step 7: Adjust seasoning.
