Step 4: Add spices and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Add vegetables and meat, add water if needed.
Step 6: Cook for 30 minutes without lid.
Step 7: Take out bone and bay leaf.
Step 8: Season with salt and ground pepper to taste.
