  • 8 ounces macaroni, dry
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce, to taste
  • 15 ounces tomatoes, diced (1 can)
  • 10 ounces tomato soup (1 can)
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Topping
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.

  • Step 2: Sauce:

  • Step 3: Cook ground beef and onions and season lightly.

  • Step 4: Cook until browned and drain.

  • Step 5: Add rest of ingredients, except cheeses.

  • Step 6: Simmer while macaroni cooks.

  • Step 7: Mix in hot macaroni and cheeses.

  • Step 8: Pour into Pam sprayed 9x13 casserole.

  • Step 9: Cover.

  • Step 10: Cook in 350 degree F oven until hot and bubbly, uncover last 10 minutes.

  • Step 11: Top with cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
