Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons safflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 cups cabbage, shredded (this is one head of cabbage)
  • 3 cups radicchio, sliced (6 ounces)
  • 8 ounces sugar snap peas, trimmed and sliced lengthwise
  • 1 1/2 cups red onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl or large measuring cup whisk together the first 4 ingredients (-pepper) and then whisk in the oils (-sesame oil). ***dressing may be made one day ahead, covered and refrigerated.

  • Step 2: In a salad bowl add the next 5 ingredients (cabbage - parsley); add dressing and toss.
