  • 2 ounces pimientos (1 jar)
  • 6 ounces evaporated milk (1 can)
  • 5 ounces potato sticks (1 can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Pam spray a 2 quart casserole dish.

  • Step 3: Mix chicken and soup together.

  • Step 4: Add pimientos and evaporated milk and mix well.

  • Step 5: Add 3/4 can of potato sticks and mix.

  • Step 6: Pour into 2 quart Pam sprayed casserole dish.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle remaining potato sticks on top.

  • Step 8: Cook at 375 degrees until hot and bubbly for about 30 minutes.
