Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Pam spray a 2 quart casserole dish.
Step 3: Mix chicken and soup together.
Step 4: Add pimientos and evaporated milk and mix well.
Step 5: Add 3/4 can of potato sticks and mix.
Step 6: Pour into 2 quart Pam sprayed casserole dish.
Step 7: Sprinkle remaining potato sticks on top.
Step 8: Cook at 375 degrees until hot and bubbly for about 30 minutes.
