Step 1: Add potatoes, stock, veggies and seasonings to a pot.
Step 2: Simmer covered for 20 minutes until potatoes are soft.
Step 3: Add water as needed
Step 4: Add milk, caraway seeds and butter.
Step 5: Mash with potato masher until thickened up.
Step 6: Season to taste.
Step 7: Simmer 10 minutes.
