Step 1: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.
Step 2: In stock pot, sauté Italian sausage, onions and garlic.
Step 3: Season lightly.
Step 4: Add white beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano and parsley.
Step 5: Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Stir in cooked and drained ditalini.
Step 7: Simmer 10 minutes more.
Step 8: Add Parmesan cheese off heat.
Step 9: Season to taste.
