Step 1: Split hoagie sub, spread butter on one side of the sub and place on the grill for toasting.
Step 2: After toasting, remove.
Step 3: Spread mayo on both sides of the sub.
Step 4: On the bottom part of the sub, layer lettuce, tomato and onion.
Step 5: 5. Drizzle Italian dressing on both sides and set the hoagie aside.
Step 6: Grill burgers for 3-4 minutes each and add provolone slices on each burger before removing from the grill. Place on the hoagie.
Step 7: Place salami on the grill and grill for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, flipping on both sides to cook evenly.
Step 8: Place salami on top of cheeseburgers.
Step 9: Assemble the sandwich and press together to get the flavors together!
Step 10: Cut in half and serve.
