Step 1: Heat walnuts or pecans in a small skillet over medium high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until toasted and fragrant.
Step 2: Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, blueberry preserves, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
Step 3: Combine the walnuts, spinach and spring green mix, blueberries red onion, and blue cheese in a large bowl. Drizzle with desired amount of vinaigrette, and toss to combine.
Step 4: Serve immediately with the remaining vinaigrette.
