Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Grease and Pam spray an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
Step 3: Chop cranberries in food processor.
Step 4: Mix sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until completely blended.
Step 5: Add bananas, eggs, milk and vanilla and mix well.
Step 6: Whisk flour, baking powder, salt and add to wet ingredients, mixing just until moist.
Step 7: Stir in nuts and cranberries.
Step 8: Spread batter evenly in the loaf pan.
Step 9: Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from pan, cool on rack.
