Step 14: Whisk together half of the powdered sugar mixture with the heavy cream .
Step 15: Once the mixture starts to come together, add the remaining powdered sugar.
Step 16: Adding enough cream to drizzle.
Step 17: Drizzle the glaze over the scones.
