Step 1: Spread 4 teaspoons margarine on the 4 slices of bread, top with the 4 teaspoons dejon mustard. Slice the half apple into thin slices and divide between 2 of the prepared bread slices; top with the cheese slices, making sure the cheese covers all of apples. Top with the other 2 prepared bread slices.
Step 2: Spread both outside bread slices of the sandwich with the remaining 4 teaspoons of margarine. Place the sandwiches on a foil lined oven sheet. Broil 10 minutes, turn and broil the other side 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and oooses. Slice each sandwich in half and serve hot.
