  • 20 ounces cream of potato soup (2 cans)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 16 ounces light cream (2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, raw, peeled
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 15 ounces corn, undrained (1 can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onion in butter and season lightly.

  • Step 2: Add soup, rinsing out cans with water

  • Step 3: Add corn and 1/2 and 1/2 cream.

  • Step 5: Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 6: Add shrimp last 5 minutes of cooking.
