Step 1: Fry bacon until crispy, but not too crisp.
Step 2: Drain and cut into small pieces.
Step 3: Chill.
Step 4: Rub a wooden salad bowl lightly with garlic and place the rest of the ingredients into the salad bowl along with the garlic.
Step 5: Mix all ingredients very well.
Step 6: Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve.
