Step 1: For Dill and Lemon Butter: chop butter, then using a bowl season with dill, lemon rind and salt & the pepper (if using); mash to combine
Step 2: Put the butter onto a piece of baking paper, roll tightly into a log shape then twist the ends to secure and hold roll and freeze until firm.

Step 4: For the Chive, Garlic & Parsley Butter: Chop butter in a bowl, then season with chives, parsley, garlic and & the pepper (if using) and mash to combine.

Step 6: Use to melt onto meat, fish or veggies.
Step 7: Chili and Parsley Butter: Chop butter in a bowl season add in the chilies, parsley salt & the pepper (if using)
Step 8: Put the butter onto a piece of baking paper, roll tightly into a log shape then twist the ends to secure and hold roll and freeze until firm.
Step 9: Use to melt onto meat, fish or veggies.
