  • Dill and Lemon Butter
  • 250 grams butter, block or stick
  • 1/3 cup dill, fresh, well chopped
  • 1 lemon, rind of finely grated
  • Salt to season to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, (optional)
  • Chive, Garlic & Parsley Butter
  • 250 grams butter, block or stick
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt to season to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, (optional)
  • Chili and Parsley Butter
  • 250 grams butter, block or stick
  • 2 chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves, chopped
  • Salt to season to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: For Dill and Lemon Butter: chop butter, then using a bowl season with dill, lemon rind and salt & the pepper (if using); mash to combine

  • Step 2: Put the butter onto a piece of baking paper, roll tightly into a log shape then twist the ends to secure and hold roll and freeze until firm.

  • Step 3: Use to melt onto meat, fish or veggies.

  • Step 4: For the Chive, Garlic & Parsley Butter: Chop butter in a bowl, then season with chives, parsley, garlic and & the pepper (if using) and mash to combine.

  • Step 5: Put the butter onto a piece of baking paper, roll tightly into a log shape then twist the ends to secure and hold roll and freeze until firm.

  • Step 6: Use to melt onto meat, fish or veggies.

  • Step 7: Chili and Parsley Butter: Chop butter in a bowl season add in the chilies, parsley salt & the pepper (if using)

  • Step 8: Put the butter onto a piece of baking paper, roll tightly into a log shape then twist the ends to secure and hold roll and freeze until firm.

  • Step 9: Use to melt onto meat, fish or veggies.
