Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 ounces white bread, toasted (2)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 ounces bacon
  • 1 leaf lettuce
  • 1 slice tomato

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook bacon until crisp.

  • Step 2: Cook egg in bacon grease seasoning lightly.

  • Step 3: Break egg yolk.

  • Step 4: Cook until over hard or to taste.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile, toast bread.

  • Step 6: Put mayonnaise on either side of toasted bread.

  • Step 7: Add tomato to one side and lettuce to the other.

  • Step 8: Criss Cross bacon on lettuce side.

  • Step 9: Add eggs.

  • Step 10: Put together and cut on diagonal.
