Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 ounces jar tuna, packed in oil (1 jar)
  • 8 ounces small tomatoes, cut into wedges (about 4-6 tomatoes)
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 1/2 ounces mixed greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • Kosher salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Empty the jar of tuna into a large bowl, remove 1 tablespoon of the oil. Drain and discard the rest of the oil.

  • Step 2: Flake the tuna and then add the rest of the ingredients (-sherry vinegar plus 1/4 teaspoon salt); toss.
