Step 1: Heat oil, and add onions, celery and bell pepper.
Step 2: Season lightly.
Step 3: Cook until softened.
Step 4: Add chicken breast and cook 10 minutes.
Step 5: Add garlic and green curry paste
Step 6: Add rest of ingredients.
Step 7: Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
Step 8: Season to taste.
Step 9: Stir in cilantro.
Step 10: Use as much fresh lime juice as you like.
