Step 1: In the bowl of an electric mixer on medium speed, whisk together the cream, juice and confectioners sugar until soft peaks form.
Step 2: In a 1 pint (2 cup) measuring cups combine the espresso, brandy and turbinado sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Divide mixture among martini glasses.
Step 3: Dollop the orange whipped cream on top and then zest the reserved orange rinds and the coffee bean over the cream.
Step 4: Serve immediately.
