Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2: Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and cloves in large bowl with whisk.
Step 3: In another large bowl, beat butter until smooth and creamy, 1 minute. Gradually beat in sugar and continue to beat on medium speed until combined, 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Step 5: Beat in molasses (Pam sprayed measuring cup)and vinegar until combined, 1 minute.
Step 6: On low speed, beat in flour mixture.
Step 7: For each cookie: roll 1 rounded tablespoon dough into ball and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. With fork, flatten each and make cross-hatch pattern like a peanut butter cookie.
Step 8: Bake in oven 15 to 16 minutes, until slightly browned around edges.
Step 9: Remove cookies and cool.
