Step 1: In large saucepan, melt butter and salt over low heat.
Step 2: Add flax seeds and marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Step 3: Remove from heat.
Step 4: Add seeds and cereal.
Step 5: Stir until well coated.
Step 6: Add chips.
Step 7: Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
Step 8: Cool.
Step 9: Cut into 2-inch squares.
