Step 1: In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix the cornstarch, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, until blended.
Step 2: Add the chicken wings and toss well to coat.
Step 3: Place the coated wings in the air fryer and cook at 200 Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy and cooked through, shaking the basket every 5 minutes or so. (Depends on how thick the wings are)
Step 4: Enjoy them naked or tossed with your favorite sauce.
