Step 1: Mix balls ingredients together and form into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Step 2: Brown in 1/4 cup oil; set aside.
Step 3: Saute 1 cup chopped onions in the same pan as used for meatballs.
Step 4: Combine onions with 2 cans beef consomme and 2 cans water.
Step 5: Bring to a boil and add the meatballs.
Step 6: Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Remove the meat from pan, leaving the broth.
Step 8: Strain the broth and thicken with 1 cup milk and flour.(Or just leave onions in)
Step 9: Season to taste and add 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce.
Step 10: Pour over the meatballs.
