Step 1: In large bowl, combine beef, cheese, bread crumbs, milk and egg and season to taste.
Step 2: Mix well and form into about 20 balls.
Step 3: Brown in a large pan with oil.
Step 4: Cook and drain excess fat.
Step 5: Sprinkle flour over meatballs stirring gently to coat.
Step 6: On medium heat combine tomatoes, 57 sauce (can use 1/2 cup, most did) sugar if you want and salt to taste.
Step 7: Cook uncovered for 25 minutes or until sauce is desired thickness.
Step 8: Serve meatballs and sauce over cooked buttered egg noodles.
