  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onions,minced
  • 1 tablespoon green bell peppers, minced
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sharp, shredded
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/16 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • Topping
  • 1 cup corn chips, crushed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the cheese, beans, celery, onions and bell peppers.

  • Step 2: Mix sauce and fold into bean mixture.

  • Step 3: Pour into Pam sprayed 1 quart casserole.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees F oven covered for 30 minutes.

  • Step 5: Top with chips.

  • Step 6: Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
