Step 1: In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars together, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
Step 2: Combine the flour, salt and baking soda, and gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing well.
Step 3: Stir in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Step 4: Drop by about a tablespoon each 2 inches apart on baking sheets, either coated with cooking spray or use silicone baking mats or parchment. Bake at 375°F for 8 - 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool for about a minute before moving to wire racks to continue cooling.
