  • 1 pound ground beef, lean
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, seasoned
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons A-1 steak sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a loaf pan in nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the egg, breadcrumbs, onion, 1/4 cup steak sauce, salt, and pepper.

  • Step 3: Add the ground beef and fold ingredients until well combined.

  • Step 4: Press the mixture into prepared loaf pan in an even layer.

  • Step 5: Spread remaining 2 tablespoons steak sauce on top.

  • Step 6: Bake for 45 minutes until meat is cooked through and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
