Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, stir the Bourbon, pear brandy, honey and the Angostura bitters with a bar spoon. Add ice; stir until chilled and slightly diluted - about 20-30 seconds.
Step 2: Place the large ice cube into an Old Fashioned glass. Strain the cocktail over the ice cube. Twist and squeeze the 1 inch lemon peel over the cocktail to express the oils. Gently stir. Garnish with the orange and lime twist. Serve.
Step 3: Optional: Cut a slit into the dehydrated blood orange slice and position it on the rim of the glass.
