Step 1: Heat butter add onions and celery and season lightly.
Step 2: Cook until softened.
Step 3: Add ham and saute a bit.
Step 4: Add flour and cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 5: Add canned mushrooms and pimento, stir.
Step 6: Add soup and rest of ingredients.
Step 7: Stir to combine and simmer.
Step 8: Season to taste.
Step 9: Serve over rice.
