Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 large garlic bulb (the whole bulb, not a clove)
  • 1 to 2 anchovies
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt (plain Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: To roast the garlic bulb; remove loose skins from outside of the bulb. Rub bulb with oil and wrap in foil. Bake 350 degrees F for about 1 hour. Cool enough for handling.

  • Step 2: To make dressing; cut off the tops of the roasted garlic and squeeze into food processor. Add in remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours before using.
