Step 1: Beans: Cook bacon until crisp and remove.
Step 2: Leave 2 tablespoons of bacon grease in pan and add drained green beans, simmer.
Step 3: Season lightly.
Step 4: Meanwhile, mix milk, seasoning, chicken bouillon and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Step 5: Whisk constantly while bringing it to a boil.
Step 6: Add in pimento and whisk until incorporated.
Step 7: Take off heat and add cheese and stir until melted.
Step 8: Add to beans and simmer until bubbly.
