Step 1: Saute the onion and celery in melted butter.
Step 2: Season lightly.
Step 3: Cook until translucent.
Step 4: Mix eggs, corn and milk.
Step 5: Add 1/2 the cracker crumbs and cheese fold in veggies, parsley and butter.
Step 6: Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Step 7: Top with cracker crumbs and paprika.
Step 8: Bake uncovered at 350° F for 40 minutes.
