Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed (1 cup)
  • 17 ounces cream style corn (1 can)
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute the onion and celery in melted butter.

  • Step 2: Season lightly.

  • Step 3: Cook until translucent.

  • Step 4: Mix eggs, corn and milk.

  • Step 5: Add 1/2 the cracker crumbs and cheese fold in veggies, parsley and butter.

  • Step 6: Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

  • Step 7: Top with cracker crumbs and paprika.

  • Step 8: Bake uncovered at 350° F for 40 minutes.
