Step 1: Heat butter in large stock pot.
Step 2: Add onions and season lightly.
Step 3: When onions are translucent, add water and bouillon to taste.
Step 4: Bring to a boil.
Step 5: Add noodles and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 6: Add broccoli minced fine.
Step 7: Add garlic powder.
Step 8: Simmer 5 minutes more.
Step 9: Add milk and cheese, stir continuously so it doesn't stick and burn.
Step 10: Is done when cheese melts.
Step 11: Season to taste.
