Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, dry
  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream (1 cup)
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated (1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 16 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded (2 cups)
  • 10 ounces spinach, frozen, thawed, chopped, drained (1 package)
  • 2.8 ounces french-fried onions, divided (1 can)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350° F.

  • Step 2: Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente, drain.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat eggs.

  • Step 4: Add sour cream, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

  • Step 5: Drain spaghetti, add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and half of the onions.

  • Step 6: Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.

  • Step 7: Cover and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

  • Step 8: Top with remaining onions; return to the oven for 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
