Step 1: Heat a tablespoon of butter.
Step 2: Brown hash brown.
Step 3: Season lightly.
Step 4: Remove, melt the other tablespoon of butter.
Step 5: Beat eggs with milk seasoning lightly .
Step 6: Add to melted butter.
Step 7: When partially set add the bagel cut side down.
Step 8: When set flip over and add cheese to either side.
Step 9: Cut eggs and fold eggs up on each side of the bagels , put avocado slices on one side and hash brown on other side
Step 10: Put bagels together
Step 11: Slice in half.
