Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 15 ounces French green beans, drained (1 can)
  • 15 ounces bean sprouts, drained (1 can)
  • 15 ounces hominy, drained (1 can)
  • 6 ounces water chestnuts, drained, sliced (1 can)
  • 2 ounces pimento, drained (1 jar)
  • 6 ounces mushrooms, drained (1 can)
  • 1 cup onions ,chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • Dressing
  • 2 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix dressing in large bowl have a 5 gallon ice cream pail (big plastic covered tub)

  • Step 2: Put all ingredients in tub.

  • Step 3: Pour over dressing.

  • Step 4: Shake to get all veggies coated and season to taste.

  • Step 5: Let set in refrigerator at least two days shaking every day to mix.
